U-verse phone rolls to voice mail during the fourth ring.  Some of us are not as young or as agile as we once were and it is often hard to reach the telephone before the call has rolled to voice mail.  Please let us have an option to have another ring or two before voice mail is invoked.

Your help would be appriciated by a couple of "old wobblies".
