As of this very moment my DVR froze and went into the reboot sequence. When it came back on it said there was an update available for download. So I pressed OK and it is now downloading the update. This is the same sequence I have heard others describe. Although, it seems that it is not taking as long as others have described(up to 30 mins). It said it would only take 17 mins and it is currently at 55% complete with 4 mins remaining. I think this is it! I hope this is it! Spd check to see if it downloaded for you. Spd do I get a present? Message Edited by awhited74 on 09-26-2008 12:28 AM

It is indeed THDVR! Yay! And it did not take as long as it said it would! I think someone owes me a nickel.

Yup, we got it here as well...the Internet has been slow and just not working, it was in the witching hours, so didn't think much of it. Went for a break and the living room TV was stuck with Client Initialization Error or something (OK didn't work as it suggested on-screen, so I did a Reset). DVR has the new firmware 1.6...kitchen had to be Reset as it hung on green Link, but nothing was up. Saw the new black ATT splash screen like others have said. Probably won't have time to play with it for now...I'm still in iTunes hell...back to Amazon for some missing artwork. Yippee!!!! If some of you got this update in Houston, I must have got skipped over then or something, as it did not make it out to me at all where i live. I really think I am on a separate VHO definitely now. Sean
