My HomeManager frame has worked flawlessly for months.  Recently the battery backup device I plugged the base unit into failed and the base lost power for about a day or so.  The frame never lost power.  What resulted was the total loss of all data in the frame - months of calendar events, our total contact list, photos, etc.  HM live support said they have nothing in their knowledge base and have never taken calls describing my concern.  I was told all data is stored in the frame - perhaps not.  I'm considering whether I have a defective unit or if this issue is really a design flaw. 

Has anyone else lost data in the frame when their base unit lost power?  -- Help!
