Uverse was a huge mistake. It is the most unreliable system I have ever used. I'm tired of being on the phone w/ tech support regarding the pixelation and freezing. The TV is my living room is usually unwatchable.

If you haven't already been suckered in...don't do it!!!!!

Most people with that problem seem to have coax installed with their setup; is that what you have, by chance?  If so, Cat5 has eliminated a lot of those problems; ask for it.
