This is what I get with a 10Mbps/1.5 Upload connection:

Sad no? When I go test it on speedtest.net (which always has been accurate for me, for some reason it gives me the wrong recommended location, perhaps that means I am getting wrog routing, and thats why I am getting slower speedtest results like 2wire.com and speakeasy and also this place above that I posted a screenshot that they automatically detect my location in Kansas, but I am in Nevada, the closest location to the server for speedtest would be the san Jose one. Now when I get the San Jose server for speedtest, I get about 7Mbps, which is about right. So I think AT&T kinda screwed up with my default IP, thats probably why it showing in Kansas City... Here is a screenshot:
Here is a screenshot of speedtest with the recommended server which automatically speedtests me when I get speakeasy, 2 wire or any other companies that doesn't let you choose which server you want to test from:
And here is when I use the San Jose server when I select it to do it manually (which is pretty much the closest server to me) As you can see the M/S is lower and the speedtest dl is higher. So its definetely something to do with AT&T end:
Conclusion, AT&T has to probably reset my routing and possibly the IP to a new IP so it reflects my location correctly, also they need to do something about the speed, clearly I am not getting the speed that I deserve to get when I sign up for 10meg/1.5MBPS up. looks like most of you guys have 9+Mbps.
